Formal Conditions - yes you will have to agree to the smallprint. There is a download button for a print-ready pdf, and of course you can also see them on screen.

You can fill it in and either take a photo or a scan and email it to info@enterprisehouse.org.uk or post it or take it to Enterprise House at the address on the form.
FAQs
How much does it cost to hire?
1 Day is £40 (single days are only available in the last week of the month)
3 Days £85
1 Week Monday – Saturday £115 (Sunday is the changeover day and can be used for setting up, and taking down)
The maximum hire period is 2 weeks.
What kind of things is the shop suitable for?

Exhibitions of artists’ work

Craft workshops (suitable for up to approximately 24 people sitting round tables)

Fundraisers, Coffee mornings and Meetings
Any restrictions?

No smoking or vaping in the building

No hot food preparation

No alcohol or any other age restricted products

The CLT always has the right to refuse any booking at their discretion.
When can I be open?
The room is available from 8.30 am to 6 pm. If you would like to do anything in the evening, this needs to be discussed with the Community Land Trust (we have tenants who live in the building and won’t want to be disturbed)
What is included?

A lovely light room in the heart of Bishop’s Castle with heating, a hanging system and spotlights.

Four full size tables and 10 stackable chairs are available (extra tables and chairs can be hired from Outreach via Enterprise House)

A kitchen with a fridge, sink, kettle and microwave.

Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided and a donation for their use is appreciated.

A washroom with toilet and basin.

A key safe, which is to the left of the shop tucked around the corner. (near the big Noticeboard)

Publicity through our BC CLT Facebook page.
What about other facilities?

We do not have Wifi in the shop. Your mobile phone or payment machines should work with the High St. signal

Parking outside is not restricted and you should be able to load and unload close to the shop entrance.

Accessibility. The shop is accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.

Music played to staff and/or public in the shop (including licensing with the PPL/PRS) and advertising outside the shop (including legal compliance) are the responsibilities of the hirer.
What about insurance and refunds?
If you have public liability insurance, please say so on the application form.
If you choose not to be insured, then please be aware that your goods are not insured while you are using the shop and you are responsible for any PL claims made against you as hirer.

How can I help?
The Pop up Shop is owned by Bishop’s Castle Community Land Trust and is run by volunteers. You will be very welcome back to use the shop again if you leave it in a clean and tidy state after your booking. So, please wash up, vacuum around the floor and take rubbish away with you when you finish.
You are also responsible for turning off all the heating and lighting each day and locking the shop securely.

Payment - You will need to pay the full cost of the booking before it can be confirmed. Please pay by BACS on your banking app or by using a form in your bank's branch:
